| Details: Typical Duties: Performs routine and non-routine, complex tasks to ensure product meets quality standards established. Recognizes, interprets, records test results and troubleshoots failed tests for root cause corrective action on moderate to complex equipment and product. Understands the assembly documentation and technical prints and drawings, including Service Bulletins, Engineering standards, blue prints and assembly instructions. Understands fully the operation of the test stand assigned, and can provide guidance to others on its operations and results. Adapts regular test equipment to fit special tests, as instructed. Plans and executes short to moderate range work plans. Communicates activities effectively to other team members, and other shifts. Prepares test results and other associated communication, timely, accurately and clearly stated. Performs OSE type problem & field return analysis. Determine and document root cause failures down to and including component failures. General knowledge of all test operations. Proficient in documenting non-conformances through appropriate Quality policies and procedures and makes preliminary disposition on non-conforming material. Developing in applying a systems approach to problem solving with the ability to effectively train others on those techniques.
